Quick Tips
- Click a belt in the sidebar to edit its combinations and theory.
- All changes are saved in memory — hit Save Changes to make them live.
- A backup of the previous data is created automatically on every save.
- Changes appear on the main site immediately after saving.
- Use Add New Belt to add White, Yellow, Orange, Green etc.

Weekly Challenge
The challenge auto-generates each week. You can override it by setting a custom challenge below. Leave empty to use auto-generated.
Current Week Override
Set custom exercises for any day. These override the auto-generated challenge. Wednesday and Friday are kickboxing days (lighter exercises). Sunday is rest.
